Many computer users know just enough to do there jobs. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this, as long as they are doing their job efficiently. Other users want to know more information, but are afraid to ask. Some think that their questions are ’stupid’, or think they will get laughed at.
Let me tell you, I have asked many ’stupid’ questions, and I have probably been laughed at. BUT, I got my answers! I have always answered questions, no matter what I thought of the questions, to the best of my ability.
What I offer here, is this. ASK ME ANY computer related question. I will do the best to answer. This is NOT a challenge for the geeks to stump me, as I am sure you can stump me. This is a SERVICE to those computer users who have questions on computers, networks, programming, web developing, etc. It is even FREE! If I do not have an answer, I will see what I can do to help point you in the right direction.
